At elyra , your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at elyra.sales@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
